Redlands Senior Center Searches for Gold at Next Dessert and Dialogue
This hands on program will demonstrate various prospecting techniques as well as how and where to find gold in San Bernardino County.

From the City of Redlands: Join the Redlands Community Senior Center in Searching for Gold with Chuck “Rhino” Jojola at the next Dessert and Dialogue, from noon to 12:30 p.m. Monday, May 22.
This hands on program will demonstrate various prospecting techniques as well as how and where to find gold in San Bernardino County. The latest gold strike in Mentone will also be revealed.
Jojola is a tribal member of the Pueblo of Isleta, in New Mexico. He started prospecting with the Inland Empire Prospectors and Miners in 2009 and is a current member of the Gold Prospectors Association of America and the American Society of Dowsers

Dessert and Dialogue is a free program open to the public that takes place after the senior nutritional lunch program at the Redlands Community Senior Center. Hot meals are served Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Hot meals are available to all adults. A suggested donation of $3 is appreciated for those 60 or older, and guests under 60 can enjoy lunch for $6.
The next Dessert and Dialogue presentations will be Intuitive Eating, with Vanessa Schmidt Monday June 5.
