Chez Melange Serving Up Goulish Smoky Spirits For The Season

REDONDO BEACH, CA – What better way to celebrate the holiday season than with themed cocktails? Chez Melange, a unique trio of restaurants under one roof in Redondo Beach, is offering up new themed spirits for the fall and winter seasons.

Some of the drinks available are:

• Gin and Stormy is made with London's Dry Gin, pomegranate juice, a splash of Elliots Ginger Beer, sugar rim and a smoking snifter;
• "Fall" Into Brooklyn begins with a Templeton Rye, Vya Sweet, Dry vermouth, black walnut bitters, baked apple spice bitters, cidered apples and garnished with a fresh cherry;
• Pumpkin 'Pie' Martini made with Absolute Vanilla Vodka, Bailey's, Kahlua, pumpkin reductions, whipped cream and finished with a Cinnamon Toast Crunch rim;
• and the Baby It's Cold Outside consists of Woodford Reserve, fresh homemade horchata and zested with a chocolate couverture.
