What mentor taught about success:

Ms. Julie was persistent when encouraging me to use the available resources to put my daughter in speech therapy through RBUSD. I was not very flexible and unresponsive, but Julie did not give up. She was accommodating and reassuring. She broke down my walls to help me realize my daughter needed help and this help was available. Through the speech programs, headed by Julie, my daughter has made incredible progress. Thank you to Julie Kastigar!
