REDONDO BEACH, CA — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented and changing times.

Reason for recognition: Tam always delivers the mail with a smile and rarely makes any mistakes. He knows most of the neighborhood by their first name. He always is pleasant and asks, "how are you today?" We all love the service he provides smiling, through rain or shine!

One thing to know: He is a friendly reliable Person, the best Postman ever!
