The webinar is a virtual summit that will feature leaders in the field who are working in the trenches on effective COVID-19 recovery strategies in Southern California. Over 90 information-packed minutes of discussion on each of two days will focus on state-of-the-art best practices for restaurants. Topics include safety and accountability programs for food, patrons, and staff, as well as a review of methodologies for analyzing operations effectiveness, including menu efficiency and profitability.

There will also be a discussion on strategies that Southern California city governments can use in working with food businesses, Chambers of Commerce, and Business Improvement Districts. This discussion will be focused, pointed, and purpose-driven, with the goal of outlining real-world strategies anyone working on COVID-19 recovery efforts can use for their municipality or organization.
