Jersey Mike's Subs To Open Third Torrance Location And Give Back

TORRANCE, CA — Jersey Mike’s Subs will open its third Torrance location this week with a special event to highlight front line heroes in the community.

The fast-casual spot known for fresh sliced and fresh grilled subs opens at 23330 Hawthorne Blvd., Sky Park Medical Plaza, in Torrance on Wednesday.

Franchise owners Artie Maidman and Garen Khodaverdian will host a grand opening and fundraiser from Wednesday through Sunday to support Torrance Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. Customers with a special fundraising coupon may make a minimum $2 contribution to Torrance Memorial Hospital in exchange for a regular sub. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible.

“We certainly have enjoyed doing business in Torrance with our first Torrance stores, supporting Torrance area high schools, the Pediatric Therapy Network, Torrance Education Foundation and a host of other schools, sports programs and charities,” Maidman said in a news release. “We are excited to bring Jersey Mike's to the Sky Park Medical Community and surrounding area. During this unprecedented time, we are proud to be working with the Torrance Memorial Auxiliary to support the invaluable volunteer programs they offer at Torrance Memorial Hospital.”

Jersey Mike's indoor dining is currently closed based on current public health and CDC guidance to help limit contact. Outdoor dining is temporarily closed in Los Angeles County.

People can place takeout orders in-store or pickup via the website or Jersey Mike's app. Delivery is also available, along with other meal delivery apps.
