NWS Offers Interactive Rainfall Map

Check out how much rain is accumulating in the South Bay with the National Weather Service's interactive rainfall map.

It's a dark and gloomy Friday here in Southern California. And in the Los Angeles area, specifically, that means there will likely be more accidents on the road, a longer commute and residents are bundled up like snow is about to fall. However, since it doesn't rain much, the clouds and droplets are much-needed in our area.

If you're wondering just how much rain has fallen, the National Weather Service is offering an interactive map for you to browse on this rainy Friday the 13th.

As of 11:45 a.m., South Redondo had seen about .09 inches of rain and North Redondo had seen about .12 inches.
