Score Great Deals on Halloween Meals

Sure, Halloween is all about free candy for the kiddies, but various eateries are also offering free or discounted goodies on Thursday.

Chipotle, 1430 S. Pacific Coast Hwy., South Redondo Beach: Score a burrito, bowl, salad or order of tacos for $3 when you come in dressed in costume from 4 p.m. to close on Halloween. All proceeds up to $1,000,000 will benefit the Chipotle Cultivate Foundation, which works to create a more sustainable and healthy food supply and raises awareness about revitalizing independent family farms, humane and responsible animal husbandry, and food, cooking and nutrition education.

Jamba Juice, 1755 S. Elena Ave., South Redondo Beach or 1506 Hawthorne Blvd., North Redondo Beach: Participating Jamba Juice stores are offering a free smoothie to children 8 and younger from 2 to 7 p.m. on Halloween. Find participating stores here. 

Krispy Kreme: Get a free doughnut when you wear your Halloween costume into a participating store (find participating locations here).

Wendy's: Wendy's is selling a book of 10 coupons for free frosties for $1. Sales benefit the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, which helps children in foster care find permanent homes.

IHOP: Kids 12 years and younger get a free scary face pancake at participating locations. The Scary Face pancake comes with one of IHOP restaurant’s world famous buttermilk pancakes, a whipped topping mouth, a glazed strawberry nose and a set of delicious decorations: two mini-Oreo cookies to create eyes and eight pieces of candy corn to add teeth or fangs.
