The Torrance Cultural Arts Center presents the 18 annual What’s Up For Kids Expo 2015 on Saturday, March 7.
This annual event takes place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and showcases over 50 exhibitors, live entertainment and hands on activities for the whole family.
