3 More COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics To Open In San Diego County
The county is opening three more COVID-19 vaccination clinics this week in communities most impacted by the pandemic.

SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA — The county is opening three more COVID-19 vaccination clinics this week in communities most impacted by the pandemic.
A new clinic will open Tuesday at North Inland First United Methodist Church at 341 Kalmia St. in Escondido. Vaccinations will be administered from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Appointments are required for the walk-through clinic, which will have the capacity to vaccinate 250 people daily.
Another clinic will open Tuesday at Mountain View Educational Cultural Complex at 4343 Ocean Blvd. in San Diego. Vaccinations will be administered from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m Tuesday through Saturday. The appointment-based, walk-up clinic will have the capacity to administer 500 doses initially and ramp up to 1,000 daily. The clinic will replace the Central Region Immunization Clinic at 3177 Ocean View Blvd., which had a capacity of 100 vaccinations each day.

A one-day clinic will open Wednesday at Sherman Heights Community Center at 2258 Island Ave. in San Diego. Vaccinations will be administered from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the no-appointment, walk-up clinic. A total of 300 doses will be administered on a first-come, first-served basis exclusively to residents of the 92102 and 92113 ZIP codes. Some proof of residence such as ID, utility bill, etc. will be required.
