Just in time for summer, Trust Restaurant’s beverage director Jessica Stewart has curated a Balboa Park-themed cocktail menu. Among selections: "The Reflection Pond," with Japanese vodka, lemon, Persian cucumber, matcha, soda; and "House of Charm," with reposado tequila, lime, yuzu, Fresno chiles and lava salt. Spruced-up brunch classics also include Irish Cold Brew with Irish whisky, cold brew, vanilla and salted whip and the new mimosa flavor – Raspberry Thyme.
