Celebrate Cuban-Style With Friday Takeout & Mojitos In San Diego

SAN DIEGO, CA — If you're in need of an exotic vacation — even if just a culinary one — mark your calendars for a Cuban-inspired, menu special offered this week at You & Yours Distilling Co. in San Diego.

The unique, boutique distillery, at 1495 G St., offers an extensive, cocktail line-up with a tasting room food menu, brunch service and socially distanced patio setting.

And this Friday, Y&Y is featuring a takeout menu with a Havana vibe. Dinners can be ordered at $45 for two servings or $90 for four, with such dishes as ceviche (made with sea bass, avocado, mango and plantain chips), Medianoche sliders (ham, roast pork, Swiss cheese, mustard and London Dry pickles), plus potato croquettes with beef filling, and flan for dessert.

The meal can be paired with a variety of takeout cocktails, including mojitos, or such specialty sips as Y&Y's "Do You Want That Spicy" or "Rhubarbie's Dream House."

Orders must be placed online here by Thursday at 1 p.m. for pick-up Friday between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
