Chance The Rapper Will Play San Diego's Pechanga Arena
Chance The Rapper's The Big Day tour comes to San Diego for a show at Pechanga Arena on Sept. 18.

SAN DIEGO β Chance The Rapper will stop in San Diego for an exciting performance at Pechanga Arena, and tickets are now available. The artist visits San Diego on Sept. 18, shortly after the tour kicks off in San Francisco. The Big Day Tour will wrap up at the Miami Beach Pop Festival on Nov. 10.
The tour promotes Chance The Rapper's debut studio album, "The Big Day," which came out on July 26, 2019. It has been a big year for Chancelor Jonathan Bennett, AKA, Chance The Rapper. Bennett appeared in a Doritos commercial alongside The Backstreet Boys that debuted during the Superbowl in February. In May, he sang alongside Ed Sheeran for the song "Cross Me."
The Chicago-based musician launched his career in 2012, but didn't see mainstream success until the release of his second mixtape, "Acid Rap," in 2013. In 2016, his third mixtape,"Coloring Book," garnered critical acclaim and earned three Grammy Awards. Named Best Rap Album, it was the first-ever streaming-only album to receive a Grammy.

Fans will be privy to Chance The Rapper's latest songs as well as beloved hits like "No Problem," "Cocoa Butter Kisses" and "Same Drugs" during the tour. Bennett's anticipated show will stop in San Diego for a performance at Pechanga Arena on Sept. 18 at 7 p.m. Tickets are now on sale with seats starting at $77. You never know what Chance The Rapper will do at one of his concerts. The artist performed with a gospel choir and orchestra for the 2017 Grammy Awards. Later that year, he recited an original poem at an NPR Tiny Desk Concert, composed on the ride from his hotel.
