Crash In Linda Vista Leaves Woman With Serious Head Injuries
The injured woman was taken to a hospital with serious head injuries, police said.

SAN DIEGO, CA β A 30-year-old woman was hospitalized Friday with life-threatening head injuries after being thrown from her car in a high-speed, two-vehicle crash in Linda Vista.
The woman was speeding in her 2004 Acura RSX southbound in the 6700 block of Linda Vista Drive at about 7:38 p.m. Thursday when she swerved to the left, struck the center median and collided with a 2008 Hyundai, according to the San Diego Police Department.
The injured woman was taken to a hospital with serious head injuries, police said. Her name was not disclosed.

There was no report of any injuries to the 71-year-old woman driving the Hyundai.
The department's Traffic Division is investigating the accident.
