Man Wounded In Shooting At Motel 6​ In Mission Valley

The shooting happened at the Motel 6 on Hotel Circle North, just north of Interstate 8, police said.

SAN DIEGO, CA — A man was wounded in a shooting early Tuesday morning at a Mission Valley motel, police said.

The shooting happened about 3:40 a.m. at the Motel 6 on Hotel Circle North, just north of Interstate 8, San Diego police Officer Sarah Foster said.

A man, whose age was not immediately available, was taken to UC San Diego Medical Center for treatment of a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the leg, Foster said.
