Mother-Daughter Besties: San Diego Mother's Day Photos

SAN DIEGO, CA — Whether it's through their personality, looks, hobbies or a combination of everything, daughters become a reflection of the woman who raised them. With Mother's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across California to share their "mother-daughter lookalike" photos.

San Diego resident Lisa Efron sent us this beautiful photo of her and her daughter, Erica Friedman. The picture was captured at Erica's wedding on June 14, 2016 in Coronado.

"My daughter is my lookalike and my best friend," Lisa said. "I am very proud of the amazing woman, daughter, sister, auntie, friend and wife that she is. I love when we visit the same establishments and are immediately asked if we are mother/daughter – or sisters!"
