San Diego Comic-Con 2017: Marvel, DC Extended Universe, Wonder Women
Here are the highlights from the last two days of San Diego Comic-Con.

SAN DIEGO, CA β Marvel, DC Extended Universe and female-centric themes rocked the last two days of 2017 San Diego Comic-Con International. Disneyβs Marvel and Warner Brosβ DC Extended Universe brought their superhero news to their panel presentations. Meanwhile, Charlize Theron, Gal Gadot and Melisa Benoist charmed fans with "Atomic Blonde" Lorraine, "Wonder Woman" and "Supergirl," respectively.
Warner Bros. brought in "Justice League" and "Aquaman" to this yearβs Comic-Con.
"Justice League" stars Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller and Ray Fisher were on hand to promote the DC film. Fans in Hall H were treated to the latest trailer for "Justice League." They couldnβt help but respond with huge cheers.

Ben Affleck also confirmed that he is not exiting the film.
"Let me be very clear," he said. "I am the luckiest guy in the world. Batman is the coolest character in any universe, and Iβm so thrilled to do it."
So, there you go, fan boys/girls, you can now stop panicking about Batfleckβs future.
Gal Gadot thanked fans for making her summer blockbuster film, βWonder Woman,β the first female superhero a number one box office hit.
"This character is just so incredible," Gadot said. "She stands for everything that is good, for love and compassion and truth and justice and peace. There is nothing not to love about her."
Fans also got their first taste of βAquaman.β The first-look footage shows men floating above an army of underwater ships. Momoa responded to speculation as to whether the army belonged to Black Manta.
βThatβs Ocean Masterβs army,β Momoa said. βBlack Manta ainβt got nothing like that. Thatβs my brother. Iβm gonna be fighting my brother.β
The movie is currently being shot in Australia, set to be released in December 2018.
Meanwhile, Marvel dazzled the audience with a new trailer for βThor: Ragnarok. Check out the trailer below.
Marvel had another surprise on hand. Director Ryan Coogler and stars Chadwick Boseman, Danai Gurira, Lupita Nyongβo, Winston Duke, Michael B. Johnson, Andy Serkis, Daniel Kaluuya, Letitia Wright, and Forest Whitaker debuted new "Black Panther" footage. And the crowd went wild with excitement after seeing an extended fight scene set in a casino and then a montage set to Kendrick Lamar's "DNA.β
Marvelβs President Kevin Feige announced that Brie Larsonβs βCaptain Marvelβ would be taking place in the 1990s with a two-eyed Nick Fury, played by Samuel L. Jackson. The movie has a release date of March 2019.
Charlize Theron graced the stage at Hall H during Entertainment Weeklyβs annual Women Who Kick Ass panel at Comic-Con. Her fans were dying to know if sheβd take on the role of 007, and her response was delightful.
βIβd like to see more Lorraines,β noted Theron. And she was referring to her new MI6 spy character in βAtomic Blonde,β which hits theaters on July 28.

In terms of TV Comics, Melissa Benoist and her cast members showed the trailer for Season 3 during the Supergirl panel.

Comic-Con, the annual celebration of the popular arts, ran through Sunday at the San Diego Convention Center, Central Library, Hilton Bayfront Hotel, the Horton Grand Theatre and the Marriott Marquis Hotel and Marina., winding down early at 5 p.m.
