San Diego County Officials Urge South Bay Sewage Spill Sufferers to Speak Up
Was your business buried by February's South Bay Sewage Spill? Relief may be in sight.

SAN DIEGO β County officials are asking area business owners smacked by February's South Bay sewage spill to step forward for a potential financial break.
"Our communities could receive low-interest federal disaster loans to help offset economic losses due to the spill," said a Tuesday morning San Diego County News Center alert. "Any business in the County that has suffered significant losses may be eligible. "
The smelly spill started on the Mexican side of the border last month and oozed about 143 million gallons of sewage into the Tijuana River.
