3-Vehicle Fairfax Crash Snarls Traffic
Police advised motorists to avoid the area of Sir Francis Drake Boulevard between Pastori and Pacheco avenues.
Update: The traffic advisory has been lifted and all traffic lanes are open, the Fairfax Police Department said.
FAIRFAX, CA — A three-vehicle collision in has triggered a traffic advisory, the Fairfax Police Department said.
Police shortly after 1 p.m. issued the advisory urging motorists to avoid the area of Sir Francis Drake Boulevard between Pastori and Pacheco avenues for around 30 to 60 minutes.

Both lanes are open in both directions for slow-moving traffic but the crash is expected to cause backups.
Motorists are advised to use Center Boulevard if possible.
