Fairfax Taps Adam Politzer For Interim Town Manager Role
Adam Politzer, who retired as Sausalito's city manager in December, will take over as Fairfax's interim town manager.
FAIRFAX, CA — The Fairfax Town Council on Wednesday unanimously approved the contract of an incoming administrator.
Adam Politzer, who retired as Sausalito’s city manager in December, will take over as Fairfax’s interim town manager, city officials confirmed to Patch.
Politzer will replace outgoing Town Manager Garrett Toy, who has been hired as the city of Sonoma’s top administrator.

Politzer will earn a monthly salary of approximately $16,085 according to terms of the agreement.
Toy, who has served as Fairfax's town manager since 2013, will start in his new role on July 20.
