00:28 Occurred on Ridge Rd, Fairfax. RP (reporting person) said it sounded like somebody may have knocked at her door. RP doesn't feel comfortable answering the door. Disposition: Advice Given. 

08:10 Occurred on Summer Av, Fairfax. RP reports a subject using a leaf blower somewhere on Summer Ln. Disposition: Response Canceled. 

10:51 Occurred at Fairfax Police Department on Bolinas Rd., Fairfax. RP is at the police department to speak to an officer about an on-going noise problem in his neighborhood. Disposition: Advice Given.

11:01 Occurred on Mono Av, Fairfax. RP reports a loud generator or some other type of equipment being run continuously. Disposition: Advice Given.

12:15 Occurred on Court Ln, Fairfax. RP advises a resident across the creek on Court Lane is using a leaf blower continuously for the last half hour. She would appreciate them being advised of the ordinance limits. Disposition: questioned on arrival.

13:17 Occurred on Manor Rd, Fairfax. Violation of the town's animal noise ordinance. Disposition: Citation Issued.

 13:58 Occurred on Tamalpais Rd, Fairfax. RP would like to speak to an officer about a possible vandalism problem she is having. Disposition: Advice Given.

17:40 Occurred at Park Rd/Bolinas Rd, Fairfax. Report of a male subject wearing a sheet, acting strange and talking to himself. Disposition: GOA/UTL (gone on arrival/unable to locate).

19:55 Occurred on Cypress Dr, Fairfax. Cellular 911 report that a large motorhome hit the back of the listed vehicle and left the area. Disposition: Service Provided.

September 14

10:04 Occurred on Bolinas Rd, Fairfax. Several cars in the area (including the RP's) were egged sometime last night. Unknown suspects. RP wished the information be logged.

10:41 Occurred at Kent Av/Sir Francis Drake Bl, Fairfax. Anonymous report of a man screaming and loud thumping sounds heard in the area. Disposition: Unfounded.

12:31 Occurred at Fairfax Gym on Center Blvd., Fairfax. Subject just tried to steal a bicycle in front of the gym, victim is detaining the suspect in front of the gym. Disposition: Report Taken.

17:05 Occurred at Mono Lot on Mono Av., Fairfax. RP says someone just dumped some belongings in the recycling bin in the mono lot. Several items of clothing and a backpack (subject not seen). RP felt it was suspicious. Disposition: Log Entry Only.

17:12 Occurred on Bolinas Rd, Fairfax. RP is at the police department front counter reporting that several juveniles threw water balloons at her and her friends. Disposition: Advice Given. 

18:37 Occurred at 26 Acacia on Acacia Rd., Fairfax. RP found a bicycle in the creek.  Disposition: Service Provided. 

20:21 Occurred on Upper Ridgeway, Fairfax. RP's dog "Addie" left the house and has not returned for two hours now. Dog is a Brittany Spaniel, light brown with white spots. Not wearing a collar, 48lbs and friendly. Disposition: Log Entry Only.

22:48 Occurred at Marin Rd/Olema Rd, Fairfax. Subjects riding mini bikes up and down the street with no head lights and not helmets. Disposition: GOA/UTL.

22:50 Garbage Complaint Occurred on Dominga Av, Fairfax. RP came home to find a pile of garbage on the side of RP's driveway. Disposition: Advice Given

September 13

 20:20 Occurred at Rudy Contratti Field on Bank St., Fairfax. Snack shack roll-up door has been tampered with and jimmied open a couple of inches. RP believes it may be subjects from a homeless encampment in the area. Disposition: Unfounded.

20:29 Occurred at 19 Broadway on Broadway., Fairfax. RP heard a loud male voice "going off on somebody" somewhere in the immediate area. Disposition: Log Entry Only.

September 12

08:18 Occurred at Coffee Roastery on Bolinas Rd. , Fairfax. RP reports a violation of a restraining order by her ex-husband. Disposition: Report Taken.

10:43 Occurred at Manor School on Oak Manor Dr., Fairfax. RP's states she cannot find her car in the Manor School lot. Disposition: Unfounded. 

16:30 Officer initiated activity at Sunnyhills Drive, San Anselmo. Assisting CMPA with a fire that is threatening an apartment building. Disposition: Outside Assist.

23:34 Officer initiated activity at 19 Broadway, Broadway, Fairfax. Officer contacted a subject who had been drinking and assisted him in getting a cab. Disposition: Log Entry Only
