Earn Rental Income - Host a Tiny House!

I’m an environmentally-conscious professional woman looking for a location in Marin to park and live in my tiny house.

My 8 x 26’ custom-designed tiny house is built on a heavy-duty flat bed trailer. The exterior is finished with beautiful FSC redwood siding. It would make a great addition to any yard or neighborhood.

WHAT I CAN OFFER

Monthly rent payment up to $700/ mo., house sitting, dog and cat care, gardening/yard or other work/trade agreement for care taking or marketing services. While I currently work in marketing I have worked as a care taker for large trusts with multiple properties. I am quiet, clean, considerate, professional with excellent references.

WHAT I NEED

My ideal situation would be for someone to host me as neighbors in their backyard, or allow me to use their land to park my house. Can be short term - 3 months to try out - or longer. I would love to become part of a community and happy to contribute to improve the area in which I live.

Aside from some kind people who love the tiny house concept and want to help me out, I need a few specific things:

- Simple water hose hookup for fresh water into the house

- Standard 110 volt extension cord hookup to power the house

- A very small corner of the yard for a simple, well maintained compost pile

- Broadband internet router to which I can connect for reliable internet
