Fairfax Extends Outdoor Dining Permits
The Town Council approved adopted two resolutions to extend outdoor use permits for restaurants and other businesses another year.
FAIRFAX, CA — Outdoor dining in the town of Fairfax won’t be going away anytime soon.
The Fairfax Town Council earlier this month approved adopted two resolutions to extend outdoor use permits for restaurants and other businesses for another year.
The Temporary Outdoor Use Permits and Right-of-Way Agreements were approved May 3.

The measures will allow restaurants and other businesses to continue to provide outdoor dining, other retail and commercial uses along with curbside pickup.
The permits and agreements will expire by May 8, 2022.
