Monday, Sept. 6

Driving on a Suspended License: At Broadway and Pacheco Avenues at 2:23 a.m. a driver was found to be driving on a suspended license and was issued a citation.

Driving without a License: At the Day Caring Preschool, a driver was found to be driving without a license and was issued a citation.

Stolen Vehicle: A resident left his pickup truck at the Parkade the night before and in the morning it was missing. It was locked and no one else has the keys.

Trespassing: A man was walking a small dog at the Bennett House after he had previously been asked not to come on the property.

Reckless Driving: A driver was reported on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard crossing the double yellow and almost hitting oncoming traffic at 6:26 p.m.

Disturbance: A resident on Wood Lane called 9-1-1 and then hung up after a heated argument with a friend. The friend left after he called the police.

Juveniles: Several juveniles were in the woods between the rear of the tennis courts and School Street Plaza making a lot of noise at 7:51 p.m.

Driving without a License: At Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Pastori Avenue at 8:15 p.m. a driver was found to be driving without a license.

Sunday, Sept. 5

Noise: There was a party going on at the end of Toyon Drive at 12:24 a.m.

Barking Dogs: There was an anonymous complaint of a dog barking for hours on Scenic Terrace at 1:37 a.m.

Threats: An officer was flagged down with a report of threats.

Battery: A subject came into the Marin Alliance for Medical Marijuana and grabbed a resident by the neck at 10:28 a.m. The subject then ran out of the building.

Accident: There was a person lying in the middle of the road at Bolinas and Park Roads at 10:34 a.m. with a bicycle lying nearby. Details were unknown.

Fire: There was a smoldering car on Bolinas Road at 2:59 p.m.

Disturbance: A resident reported hearing sounds of a physical fight and heated argument at the Creekside Apartments at 11:51 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 4

Suspicious Circumstances: Gunshots or fireworks were heard on Rockridge Road around midnight.

Driving without a License: At Sir Francis Drake High School, a driver was cited for driving without a license at 12:39 a.m.

Disturbance: There was a physical altercation on Broadway Avenue at 1:08 a.m.

Miscellaneous: A resident requested that people throwing bread in the fish pond be asked to restrain themselves.

Trespassing:  A resident from an earlier report now has papers showing her property line on Forrest Avenue and would like to speak with an officer about an ongoing trespassing issue.

Welfare Check: A resident on Willow Avenue called 9-1-1 and made several random statements at 1:18 p.m.

Restraining Order Violation: A resident feels his ex-girlfriend is violating the terms of a restraining order by saying she would contact his family via email.

Accident: There was a three car collision on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 5:48 p.m.

Harassing Phone Calls: A resident is receiving text messages that he finds threatening.
