Sunday, Aug. 22
Theft: A bench was taken from outside the Fairfax Inn the night before. A bench was found a short distance away later.
Disturbance: A man was in the street in front of the Coffee Roastery at 9:05 a.m. swearing and scaring away customers.

Theft: Two mopeds were taken from in front of a residence on San Gabriel Drive.
Suspicious Vehicle: An officer initiated activity with a suspicious vehicle in the lot on Broadway Avenue at 11:36 a.m.

Suspicious Vehicle: An officer initiated activity with a suspicious vehicle on Merwin Avenue at 3:44 p.m.
Suspicious Vehicle: There was an unoccupied, suspicious vehicle at the Parkade at 8:53 p.m.
Suspicious Vehicle: There was an unoccupied, suspicious vehicle at Bolinas Road and Elsie Lane at 9:48 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 21
Vandalism: A subject kicked over a sign and punched a wall at the Sleeping Lady at 1:09 a.m.
Disturbance: Officers handling another incident observed an unrelated disturbance in front of a business on Broadway Avenue at 1:24 a.m.
Suspicious Vehicle: An officer initiated activity with a suspicious vehicle at the Sleeping Lady at 4:52 a.m.
Theft: A planter was stolen from in front of Culture Shock and a witness saw it taken. It was returned later, because it was taken mistakenly. The subject meant to pick up a plant from nearby and took this one by accident.
Disturbance: There was a secondhand report of a fight at the Parkade at 9:41 p.m. An arrest was made.
