Fairfax Police: Toyota stolen, resident assaulted, cyclist doored

Sunday, Sept. 19

Assault: A resident was assaulted at Rino Gas and had a head injury at 12:29 a.m.

Suspicious Vehicle: An officer contacted a person in a parked car at Pacheco Avenue and Broadway Road at 1:53 a.m. and had him move along.

Sleeper: There was a sleeper in a parked car on Bolinas Road at 2:31 a.m.

Insanity Case: A man came into the police station and requested a phone call to get him a ride home at 3:08 a.m. Officers determined he was in need of psychiatric care.

Juveniles: Three juveniles were urinating in the alley behind Peri's Silver Dollar at 11:36 a.m.

Accident: A cyclist was hit by the door of a car on Bolinas Road at 3:46 p.m.

Theft: A car window was smashed and a purse stolen at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Sherman Court at 4:26 p.m.

Harassing Phone Calls: A resident's ex has been making numerous unwanted phone calls to the resident and resident's friends.

Driving without a License: A driver was cited for driving without a license at a stop at Spruce Road and Sequoia Avenue at 8:58 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 18

Sleeper: There was someone sleeping in a car at the Fairfax Library at 12:06 a.m.

Suspicious Vehicle: Officers stopped to checked a parked, occupied car at the Fairfax Inn at 1:34 a.m.

Disturbance: There was a verbal disturbance in front of Nave's at 2:21 a.m.

Sleeper: There was a subject sleeping in a car at the Pavilion at 2:48 a.m.

Sleeper: There was a sleeper in front of the Shady Brook Apartments at 5:15 a.m.

Theft: A white Toyota Corolla was stolen from in front of the Fairfax Library.

Disturbance: Profanity and yelling were coming from a neighboring apartment at the Creekside Apartments at 5:56 p.m. It has been an ongoing problem.

Disturbance: A patient outside Care Meridian appeared violent at 6:47 p.m.

Unwanted Subject: There was approximately five or six teens in front of a residence on Rocca Drive making noise and drinking beer at 10:46 p.m.
