'The Game’s Afoot' Theater Run Extended With Ross Valley Players

Add to your weekend fun with this 1936-era Christmas whodunit!

ROSS, CA – The run of "The Game’s Afoot," Ross Valley Players' Christmas whodunit comedy, was extended through the weekend.

The play, directed by TheatreBayArea-award winner Christian Haines, added performances on Thursday, Dec. 14 at 7:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday, Dec. 15-16, at 8 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 17 at 2 p.m., with tickets priced from $10 to $27.

"It's December 1936 and Broadway star William Gillette, admired the world over for his leading role in the play Sherlock Holmes, has invited his fellow cast members to his Connecticut castle for a weekend of revelry. But when one of the guests is stabbed to death, the festivities in this isolated house of tricks and mirrors quickly turn dangerous," according to the production team. "Then it's up to Gillette himself, as he assumes the persona of his beloved Holmes, to track down the killer before the next victim appears."
