Hearing Set For Suspects In San Anselmo Man’s Killing: Report

SOLANO COUNTY, CA –A preliminary hearing date has been set for two men charged in connection with the 2016 shooting death of a San Anselmo man in Vallejo, The Marin Independent Journal reports.

Amonie A.A. Summerise, 26, and Kashius Brazeal-Nelson, 23, are both charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder and robbery in connection with the Dec. 20, 2016 incident that left 49-year-old Timothy Pult dead and Josh Poole, 45 of Fairfax with gunshot wounds, the report said.

Summerise and Brazeal-Nelson have both pleaded not guilty and remain in custody without bail, the report said.
