The Marin Independent Journal reviewed the hot food and cafe offerings this week, noting:

Supermarket cafes are not known to inspire ardor. With their bins of long-sitting salads and grab-'n'-go sandwiches and sushi, the food is designed for sustenance and durability, not joy.

But, that's not true at Good Earth and the Rachel Carson Cafe, says the IJ.

The review notes that the food at Good Earth is no regular grocery store deli offerings. There are also number of recommendations, including the Limantour Lassi juice detox, bacon and turkey club sandwich, shrimp pad Thai wok bowl, and vegan veggie pizza.

Do you agree with the reviewer? What would you recommend?
