Marin Venue Jazzed To Return Live Music
Throckmorton Theatre is describing its Thursday reopening as a gathering of "musical celebration and reconnection."
MILL VALLEY, CA – Later this week, the sounds of live music will billow from a Mill Valley venue for the first time in nearly a year and a half.
Jazz vocalist Deborah Winters leads a quartet that will perform an eclectic music mix Thursday at Throckmorton Theatre’s reopening, which the venue is describing as a gathering of “musical celebration and reconnection.”
“After a seemingly interminable period of dormancy in live performance, we can look forward to embracing our interconnectedness through music and just being together,” Throckmorton Theatre wrote on its webpage announcing the event.

“The music is sure to be panoramic – from the Afro-centric music of Randy Weston to our interpretation of a Sting favorite to Tango to original compositions … and beyond,” the venue wrote.
