While most Marin towns have weekly farmers’ market, the Marin Community Farm Stands and CSA (community supported agricultural) has served Ross Valley communities for more than 10 years. And unlike some local farmers markets, the stand offers only items from organic Marin farms.

The San Anselmo farm stand is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in front of , kicking-off busy summertime Friday evenings in downtown San Anselmo that have included the weekly  and film night in the park (although the next film is .

Marin Community Stands offers a CSA box, which people can order in advance and pick up at any of the Ross Valley farm stands (see the whole schedule below). But they are also considering starting a home delivery service later this year. Would you be interested in the service? It will be implemented based on consumer interest and demand.

Check out the above photos to see what you can find at the farm stand – much more than fresh produce, there’s also artisan breads, local cheese, fresh oysters, eggs, milk, dried fruit and nuts.
