Police: Suspicious Bottle, Public Intoxication

Friday, Feb. 24

Suspicious Circumstances: There was a suspicious bottle on Creek Road with an unknown chemical in it at 12:55 p.m.

Barking Dog: A dog was barking from 8 a.m. to1 p.m. on Rocca Drive.

Juvenile: There were four juveniles gathered on the playground at St. Rita’s at 4:30 p.m. They appear to be out of it or possibly intoxicated.

Fraud: A resident’s bank account was compromised online.

Traffic: A MMWD ranger received a report that a car was driving recklessly on Bolinas Road from the watershed.

Assault: A resident was assault by another subject on School Street at 6:05 p.m. Officers determined it was unfounded.

Driving Under the Influence: Young kids or teens were getting into car and appeared to be under the influence of something outside the Fairfax Theater at 11:37 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 25

Threats: A resident was in the police lobby wanting to file a report of a threat.

Traffic: There was a reckless driver going up Porteous at 2:51 p.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: There were sounds of a domestic violence incident, a woman screaming and loud banging on Bolinas Road at 3:22 p.m.

Disturbance: There were loud voices and an argument between a man and woman for about 15 minutes on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 4:17 p.m.

Assist Outside Agency: The Sheriff requested officers check for a possible missing person and vehicle near Deer Park.

Garbage: Subjects were dumping trash illegally at School Street Plaza at 6:33 p.m.

Sunday, Feb. 26

Suspicious Vehicle: An officer initiated activity with a car at Cascade Canyon at 1:05 a.m.

Public Intoxication: A subject was arrested for public intoxication in the parking lot on Broadway Avenue at 1:37 a.m.

Trespassing: An employee went to open the Washing Well and found a subject sleeping inside under one of the tables. The subject was booked into Juvenile Hall.

Noise: There was amplified music on Center Boulevard at 9:51 a.m.

Theft: Items were taken from a parked car outside Peri’s.

Unwanted Subject: Two subjects in Don’s Market were arguing over change from an earlier transaction.

Disturbance: A man had been yelling at a resident on Bothin Road at 12:38 p.m.

Warrant Criminal: After a subject on a bike road by on Center Boulevard officers realized he had an outstaning warrant.

Barking Dog: A dog was barking on and off on Dominga Avenue.

Public Intoxication: A man was lying down in the street at Meernaa and Forrest Avenues at 8:11 p.m. He was arrested for public intoxication.

Driving Under the Influence: There was a possible DUI at Broadway and Bolinas at 8:33 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A belligerent subject was refusing to leave Peri’s at 11:29 p.m. He was arrested for public intoxication.
