San Anselmo Library Hosts Virtual Drawing Class

SAN ANSELMO, CA — The San Anselmo Public Library will host a virtual drawing class for adults later this week.
The class will be hosted by Bay Area artist and teacher Janet Jacobs.

The class will cover line drawings of shapes, negative spaces, texture and gesture, among other topics.
"Drawing is one of the easiest ways of loosing oneself in the delight of the here and now," the library said in a statement announcing the event.

The class is part of an ongoing series held on the fourth Wednesday of each month.
"Taking pen or pencil to paper and drawing from our immediate surroundings has a way of grounding us and being very relaxing."
