MARIN COUNTY, CA — A Main County private school is being sued for negligence by a former student alleging abuse that occurred decades ago, The Marin Independent Journal reports.

The lawsuit alleges Branson School of Ross failed to protect her from Rothwell Taylor, a soccer coach at the school in the 1970s according to the report.
