Supports Local Children And Families: San Anselmo-Fairfax Hero

SAN ANSELMO-FAIRFAX, CA — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented and changing times.

Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these heroes making a difference in their communities. Together with Ring, we're working to let all your neighbors know about these outstanding people and their stories.

This submission comes from Heidi Tomsky, director of the Fairfax-San Anselmo Children's Center. She nominated the staff members of the Fairfax-based center.

Reason for recognition: All of our staff are coming to work everyday and are fully committed to the well-being of each and every child and their family. We know that the disparities our children and families face on a daily basis. They support health of our community at large.

One thing to know: We create environments for children that are relevant, meaningful, real and relationship-based.
