RP's (reporting person) girlfriend's ex boyfriend followed them home last night and again this morning, allegedly, in violation of a restraining order RP's girlfriend has on file. Additionally, subject may have tried to run the RP over. RP would like a 10-21 for advice on how to proceed.

10:54 — Occurred at Fairfax Library on Sir Francis Drake Bl., Fairfax. Anonymous complaint of four "big boys" skateboarding.

12:48 — Officer initiated activity at Fairfax Library, Sir Francis Drake Bl, Fairfax. Three skate boarders. Disposition: Service Provided.

14:59 — Occurred at Peri Park on Park Rd. , Fairfax. About 5 males, high school or older smoking near the children's area. Possible H&S violation. Wearing mostly black, jeans, one has dreadlocks. Disposition: Service Provided.

16:06 — Occurred at Rudy Contratti Field on Bank St., Fairfax. Music from the ball field is very loud. Would like it turned down. Disposition: Service Provided. 

17:31 — Occurred at Northbay Gas on Sir Francis Drake Bl., Fairfax. Badly injured deer across from gas station. May have been hit by car. 

20:42 — Occurred on Forrest Av, Fairfax. A male subject peeled out in his car. Reversed and peeled out again several times. Disposition: Log Entry Only.

01:48 — Occurred on Bay Rd, Fairfax. Neighbors playing excessively loud music. Disposition: Responsibles advised of complaint.

08:52 — Occurred on Belmont Av, Fairfax. RP reports flooding coming from a blocked drainage grate nearby. Please check the need for the department of public works.

10:21 — Officer initiated activity at Sir Francis Drake Blvd./Olema Rd, Fairfax. Storm drain blocked. Disposition: Service Provided.

12:07 — Occurred at Washing Well on Center Bl., Fairfax. Third-hand through the business owner, report of a subject passed out inside the business. Inside of the business also smells strongly of marijuana. Disposition: Report Taken.

16:16 — Occurred at Fairfax Scoop on Broadway. , Fairfax. Anonymous report of 4-5 juveniles skateboarding in front of the business and attempting to grab onto cars as they drive by. Disposition: Responsibles advised of complaint.

05:36 — Occurred on Broadway, Fairfax. Very drunk subject on the street with a friend walking westbound on Broadway at Pacheco. Subject stumbling around and yelling. Disposition: Gone on Officer’s Arrival/Unable To Locate.

09:40 — Occurred at Scenic Rd/Redwood Rd, Fairfax. RP reports that vehicles going through the construction area on upper scenic are having difficulties due to "poor signage." Disposition: Unfounded.

13:12 — Occurred at Deer Park Villa on Bolinas Rd. , Fairfax. RP (plus a previous anonymous caller) report the music level at Deer Park Villa is extremely excessive. Disposition: Service Provided.

14:17 — Occurred on Forrest Av, Fairfax. CMPA received info third hand from Marin County Sheriff’s Office of a juvenile party going on a residence. Disposition: Questioned on Arrival.

19:01 — Occurred on Cascade Dr, Fairfax. RP has a dead deer on her property. Disposition: Handled by Phone.

20:37 — Occurred at Deer Park Villa on Bolinas Rd., Fairfax. Loud wedding property line. RP would like a decibel reading. Disposition: Responsibles advised of complaint.

22:21 — Occurred on Manor Rd, Fairfax. RP's neighbor called the RP on the phone and insulted her with profanity in an attempt to get her to get her dogs to stop barking. Disposition: Responsibles advised of complaint. 

23:15 — Occurred at White Hill School on Glen Dr., Fairfax. Alarm was activated and shortly after 4 juveniles were seen running westbound through the campus and onto SFDB. Disposition: Citation Issued.
