  • PG&E (and a panel of experts) will answer questions regarding the billing, accuracy and health concerns over the Smart Meters, as well as other questions raised at previous meetings.
  • There will be time for public comment and questions.
  • There will be a final discussion by the council and the consideration of any possible further action over PG&E's Smart Meters.

  • Recognition of resigning Board Member Sue Brown's contributions.
  • Consideration of candidates for appointment to Brown's seat -- Bernard Del Santo, Barry Evergettis, Sam Wilson, Frank Egger, and Peter Lacques.
  • Create committee to review financial statements and accept financial statements.
  • Consider a settlement agreement with the city of Larkspur.
  • Authorize an agreement with SCADA Design Services not to exceed $277,000.
  • Authorize general manager to seek consultant services not to exceed $60,000.
  • Report and changes on the Kentfield Force Main project and on the Woodland/College/Goodhill project.
