Another Night of DOGS Barking from the Peninsula Pet Resort

We had to put up with dogs barking all night long once again. 24 years now of listening to dogs barking ALL NIGHT LONG. Chris Valley main building official refuses to make the changes necessary to stop the noise from coming out of the building at 851 OCR San Carlos. Chris had the opportunity to have noise reducing construction principles used during the addition the City allowed but he failed the residents in our neighborhood. We are forced to listen to the dogs from the week of Thanksgiving right through the new year. Then all spring vacations. summer vacations and odd holiday weekends. Too bad the 23 years of complaining hasn't gotten someone to stop this abuse of animals if they don't care enough about the humans having to put up with this noise. If Chris Valley, Greg Rothaus or any other City official that has been asked to STOP THE NOISE fro the peninsula pet resort actually did something about it I'd stop calling them all gutless cowards and unwilling to perform the duties of the jobs they are hired for. If this stupid ignorant building official would at least require double insulated glass skylights the noise would be reduced likely bu 1/2. But this gutless coward will let Wanda Adams collect money from everyone while she fails to protect the dogs at night allowing them to sleep. This amounts to animal abuse. It's not like she's running a wildlife refuge. Its a PET RESORT!!! 177 animal cages inside a concrete building with a small layer of acrylic trying to stop the noise. Get a clue you stupid idiots and stop the noise!!!!! Rubens is a coward for failing to step up and protect the rights of our neighborhood against the profit making of a business. Dogs Barking all night since 1965 and yet the City of San Carlos has found that barking dogs don't make noise and barking dogs that make noise all night long deserve to be treated in an inhuman manner. Greg Rothaus you are the biggest coward in the county. Rather than do something about the issue you block my access to public services. There is no bigger failure in City Government than someone that blocks access to officials and services of a City!!!!
