Calling All Bus Operators Seeking Employment In San Carlos

SamTrans is hosting a job fair Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at its Pico Boulevard station in San Carlos to gather applications for bus operators.

SAN CARLOS, CA — Looking for a job? How about a good job?

If you feel you have what it takes to drive for SamTrans, the San Francisco Peninsula transit agency is seeking bus operators at its Southbase Facility at 501 Pico Boulevard in San Carlos, the "City of Good Living."

To check out how to make a good living in the City of San Carlos‬ and get some refreshments, come to the transit facility's job fair at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.

SamTrans operates 70 routes throughout San Mateo County. Funded in part by a half-cent sales tax, the San Mateo County Transit District also provides administrative support for Caltrain and the San Mateo County Transportation Authority. SamTrans has provided bus service to San Mateo County customers since 1976.
