Hey Kids In San Carlos: Pick Up Your Place
Instead of picking up your room, come out and help your city keep Laurel Street clean and make a difference in your community.
SAN CARLOS, CA — Just because the California Coastal Cleanup Day has come and gone doesn't mean the trash has left the planet.
Residents of this San Francisco Peninsula town may show why this is the "City of Good Living" by joining the San Carlos Youth Advisory Council in a Laurel Street Cleanup set for Oct. 26 at 9 a.m.
For those who need volunteer hours or simply want to lend to hand, signups for ages 12- to 18 are accepted by the city Parks and Recreation Department.
