No REST for your PET in the SUITES at the PET RESORT San Carlos

IT has been over 50 years now that the general public living within barking distance from the Peninsula Pet Resort have complained to the City of San Carlos and the County of San Mateo about excessive noise emanating from the property at Old County Road. The City fails to require that the property owners contain the product of their business within the property lines of their LOT. The San Carlos Building Department & Planning Department failed to require sound suppressive systems to be used during their last remodel and addition. The City allowed the use of inefficient acrylic skylights allowing all the sounds building within the concrete block walls reflect right into the atmosphere afflicting our entire neighborhood. We've had multiple police and sherif deputies out to verify the issue. The City fails each and every year they allow this business to PHYSICALLY ABUSE YOUR PETS while profiting from their actions. Any animal that is forced to lie awake all night long while its fellow boarders attempt to get someones attention by barking all night long is neglected at best and abused at worst. Repeat these acts each and every night of the year and it constitutes an abusive pattern of behavior by the owner of the business WANDA ADAMS who fails to provide a safe and quiet atmosphere for the dozens of animals it gets paid to care for in their 177 animal suites as they call them. Please tell me what about resort living in a suite allows for 24 hours of annoying noise generation by the business? No resort of any type would allow this type of neglect and abuse to exist every year all year long!!! Shame on the San Carlos City Council to continue to ignore your family pets over the holidays, during the long summer, or over the endless spring vacations. Pick and choose your facility carefully. If one of the comments in the feedback are how well your pet sleeps when they get home should alert you to the lack of sleep they are provided during their Resort stay in their concrete Suite!!!! Shame on you WANDA ADAMS and particularly Mayor Bob Grassili, Matt Grocott, Cameron Johnson, Mark Olbert, & Ron Collins. Stop animal abuse of your PETS in Your Lifetime!!!!!
