Open Letter To San Carlos Police Commander

I have complained to the City numerous times over the last few months about the unnamed business that is allowed to continue to spew Cancer Causing chemicals as well as noise pollution emitted from this business on a daily basis.

We've spent years trying to get you and the City to care about PUBLIC SAFETY without positive results.

You failed the Community when you chose to not respond to a report about the failure of a structure. You can ignore noise complaints fro the rest of your little life but when you fail to respond to a PUBLIC SAFETY ISSUE you are the SUPREME COWARD. You shouldn't be allowed to determine the result of any issue of any size when you fail a community as you have and continue to do so. People could have been hurt or killed by the failure of this structure while you sit in your office failing us all!!!! Not one toothpick was able to be saved from this failing structure!!!!!

Chris Valley refused to accept proof of excessive noise from this business in the way of an audio tape. City Officials refuse to stop the excessive noise.

You need to step up and protect the public from businesses that continue to do business while not maintaining the products from their businesses inside their property lines. But you aren't willing to!!!!

Its time for you to stop cowering in a puddle of feces from being incapable of standing up for the public and remove yourself from this position of authority. You have proven incapable, unwilling, and morally corrupt where we can't depend on you or members of your force to properly conduct yourselves without an extreme bias against us!!!!

Please since you are not willing to help us, then remove yourself from all ties to this CITY!!!!!

You are a gutless bastard who isn't worth a dime when it comes to doing your job to protect the public.

While every person on the City Council and in your department deserves to be removed for failing the EAST SIDE neighbors, you being the head of the enforcement in this CITY YOU NEED TO GO FIRST AND FOREMOST.

GOODBYE you lowlife scumbag of a human!!!!
