Peeper Spotted on Laurel St.

A resident in San Carlos observed a pair of hands appear on the outside of a bathroom window Tuesday night. 

The residence on the 300 block of Laurel Street had bathrooms with obscured windows that could not be seen in or out. Therefore there was no suspect information. 

This was an isolated incident and no other similar incidents have been reported. It is unclear if this was an attempted burglary or an incident of peeping.

• Be aware of your surroundings and report suspicious behavior immediately
• Consider lighting around the exterior of the residence
