San Carlos Art & Wine Faire Is This Weekend: Caltrain Shares Public Transit Options

Caltrain urges San Carlos residents to take public transit to the Art & Wine Faire this weekend and leave their cars at home.

SAN CARLOS, CA - From Caltrain: Leave your car behind and take public transit to the 27th Annual San Carlos Art & Wine Faire this weekend, October 7 & 8.

With a variety of public transit options in the Peninsula, attendees looking for an easy trip to downtown San Carlos for this fun, fall festival can take Caltrain or SamTrans to the event. The festival, which starts at the corner of San Carlos Avenue and Laurel Street, is approximately one block away from the San Carlos Caltrain Station and SamTrans Route ECR.

Sponsored by the San Carlos Chamber of Commerce, this fun-filled, outdoor family event features a beautiful array of artwork, live entertainment, a classic and hot rod car show, some of the area’s finest wines and microbrews and delectable food.

This much-anticipated fall festival offers two full days of enjoyment for people of all ages, including a Family Fun Zone with a variety of children’s activities and live entertainment each day featuring live children’s music, magic, puppetry, singing and dancing. In addition, more than 275 artists will be showcasing their original work ranging from ceramics, pottery, watercolor and oil paintings, photography, wood working, jewelry and much more.
