Theft Suspects Arrested In San Carlos Walgreens Burglary
The New Year's Eve theft involved items worth approximately $2,000.
SAN CARLOS, CA — Two suspects allegedly involved in a New Year's Eve theft in San Carlos have been arrested, according to a news release from the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office.
Police were dispatched Dec. 31 to a San Carlos Walgreens to investigate a theft. Deputies later discovered the suspects, identified as Russell Durst, 27, of Pacifica, and Jasleen Delao, 24, of San Francisco, and found them to be in possession of allegedly stolen property from the Walgreens as well as items which originated from a Safeway in Redwood City and property from a San Francisco car burglary, according to the news release.
According to the sheriff's office, the approximate value of the recovered property was $2,000. The suspects were booked into the San Mateo County Jail on several charges.
