Fridge Magic at the Youth Center

FREE; Be sure to drop by the San Carlos Youth Center as they make a special after school snack with the best of what's left! Kids and staff will cook something creative with the stuff that we have left in the kitchen fridge. This is a cool way to eat healthy and waste not! Federated Woman's Club/American Legion Parking Lot Sale

9:00 am; 1159 Bush St, San Carlos

FREE; New and used items, gifts, antiques, childrens "stuff" and more! We'll be selling hamburgers, hotdogs and drinks. There will also be a raffle.

 

1/ 2 OFF SALE FAMILY TREE

10:00 am; 1589 Laurel St, San Carlos

FREE; Our monthly 1/2 SALE starts this Thursday at the Family Tree, resale shop. We have lots of new donated merchandise for you to pick from. We have books, dishes, knick-kancks, clothing for the entire family and much much more. Please stop in and check us out. Your donations are greatly appreciated. Our proceeds benefit Peninsula Family Service Agency.

 

Pharmaceutical Take-Back Day

10:00 am; San Carlos Library, 610 Elm St, San Carlos

The San Mateo County Sheriff's Dept. and San Carlos Green are holding a Pharmaceutical Take-Back Day.  Clean out your medicine cabinet of all unwanted pills.  Dump your pills in a zip lock bag and bring them to the San Carlos Library Parking Lot on Saturday, April 27th from 10-2.  A member of the sheriff's department will be there to accept controlled substances.  Please recycle your pill containers in your blue bin at home.  Any questions, contact Pat Potter at pat@sancarlosgreen.org.
