3rd Thursday's Art Workshop At The Inn: San Juan Capistrano

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA — The Inn at Mission San Juan Capistrano is celebrating art on the third Thursday of every month. Starting July 15, guests and residents are invited to attend this "All About Art" experience, held in the hotel's Olive Grove.

Next week, discover the art of Steve Kell, who will demonstrate how he lays out paintings from design concept to the final brush stroke.

"He'll use several reference photos of Mission San Juan Capistrano, and rely on his many hours of experience painting the mission on location," a spokesperson for the event tells Patch.

Tapas and beverages will be available for purchase. Bring a friend and a sweater, as the nights turn cool.
