When you listen to this audio- I want you to hear the tone of Superintendent Vitals voice, and the way she disregards the PTSA parents at her bond information meeting. Most importantly note her reference to "the Elected's". In her mind every elected official in the District is in support of these bonds. She is so confident that she is once again starting discussions of across the board compensation increases for all employees:
