Los Patrones Parkway Has Been Open Since School Started...

but there isn't any speed limits on the entire road from Oso to Chiquita Canyon.

Is that because there are different speed limits to a Toll Road and a FREE arterial road and they don't want to tell us that they are building a Toll Road?

Is that even legal?
