Oso And Antonio Parkway Collision Causes Backups Tuesday
Traffic has stalled both north and southbound on Antonio Parkway as a collision obstructed the intersection.
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA — A traffic collision in the intersection of Oso Parkway and Antonio Parkway has stalled traffic Monday, according to California Highway Patrol. The incident is blocking traffic northbound on Antonio Parkway and westbound on Oso Parkway as of 4 p.m.
The collision between two vehicles occurred at 3:45 p.m.
CHP has stated that one driver involved in the crash refused to exchange information, saying that he has no insurance.
